Gender and Sports
Beloved in Christ,
As we navigate the complexities of our modern world, let us not forget the sacred distinctions that God has ordained. One such distinction is the difference between male and female, created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27).
In light of this, I want to address a pressing issue: the participation of biological males in women’s sports. This trend is not only unfair to female athletes but also undermines the very fabric of God’s design.
As the apostle Paul writes, ‘God is not a God of confusion but of peace’ (1 Corinthians 14:33). Let us strive for clarity and distinction, rather than blurring the lines of what it means to be male and female.
I urge you to join me in advocating for policies that protect women’s sports and uphold the biblical distinction between male and female.
